No neighbors - our home is very comfortable and set on 94 beautiful hectares 11 klms easy drive from Margaret River. The house overlooks a beef cattle farm and vineyards and is a short drive to beautiful beaches. Our home has 4 bedrooms (3 queen size beds and 1 single bed) and 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Currently the single bedroom is used as a gym with a treadmill and rowing machine. Off the main bedroom is the parents retreat with a double sofa bed, which can also be used. We also have a separate dining and lounge room and office area. Our kitchen is well equipped..

Our home is 10 minutes from most attractions including the pounding surf at Redgate beach or a gentle swim, the majestic Karri's of Boranup Forest for walking and bicycles and the world renowned vineyards and restaurants. After a hectic day come home to enjoy the quiet of the garden with the native birds and read a book or enjoy the views over the property. Our neighborhood:

The natural beauty of the area is world renowned together with the vineyards. The bush is very beautiful in spring when the wildflowers are out and there are walking trails and bicycle tracks to explore. The Cape to Cape walking track extends 130 klms along the coast from Cape Naturaliste to Cape Leeuwin with many access points so that you can walk sections and this is just one of many walks in the area. Boranup Forest has become very popular with walkers and bicycles or even just a slow drive together with a picnic lunch. The ocean is clean and the beaches white with good surf breaks and quiet beaches for a gentle swim or body boarding. There are lots of fishing options, but care should be taken when fishing from rocks. Scattered along the Cape region are limestone caves well worth a visit. Fine wine, specialist breweries and fine restaurants are many, offering different tastes and experiences.

About us:

We are, Christl 56 and Bill 60 and we are semi-retired with no children living at home, who now have the time to travel. My husband works from October to April so we are unable to house swap during this time.

We would like to swap with someone in Germany, Austria, Holland, France in 2015 commencing March to September.

We are open to other Houseswaps anywhere in Europe around this time, and we are open to suggestions.

We are all non smokers.

We do not mind smokers staying in our house, but please smoke outside.

We will be very respectful of your property and take care of it while we are staying.
