Old style Queenslander/workers cottage, which is split into 2 self contained units, Garage is under the units, living area is all on the first level. One larger bedroom with a double bed, and a single bedroom with a king single bed, also used as a large walkin wardrobe. Big yard, and laundry under. Bus stop is 10 steps away, and busses come every 10 minutes. Ferry is approx 100 metres away. Close to shops, power House, Brisbane city.
