Light, bright and easy to keep clean. Situated away from main roads but within easy walk or drive to the town centre. Close to the river canal and greenspace  and close to the rivers and beaches for walking/cycling/swimming, 30 min south of Byron bay for surfing and nightlife. TV/CD/ video/ DVD player/Wii games, and heaps of DVD's and Videos you can use, + microwave. Best suited for 2 singles or 2 couples.

Ballina is a growing township built around an attractive river system and beside the sea with numerous beaches and outdoor activities, walking tracks, coastal walks, safe river and surf beaches. All the usual shopping conveniences along with free parking and BBQ's within the parks.

If you like the idea of a holiday on the Northern beaches of NSW Australia, my townhouse would be a light and airy, modern, comfortable and clean base for your stay. The Northern Rivers of NSW has a lot to offer with a wide range of interesting things to do from coast to rainforest, and is 30 minutes south of the Byron Bay walks, events and surfing, and all the other spacious beaches between. Inland you will find lovely rural scenery, rainforest walks, regular country markets and the alternative and creative crafts of Nimbin township. Ballina is one of the original fishing villages of Australia, being situated on the mouth of the Richmond River, with many river walks and free BBQ/picnic areas by the beaches, and a thriving modern township. We have an airport, and also freeway access to the Gold Coast International airport (1.5 hrs approx) and Brisbane International (3.5 hrs approx) airports
