This is a contemporary two storey house with ocean views from both floors. It's situated in a lovely area just a 2 minute drive from the city and a short walk from the front gate to some beautiful, safe swimming beaches and a pool. It has a spacious open plan living area, and two double bedrooms, the master bedroom having an ensuite. All of the rooms are a good size with plenty of space to relax. The house is fitted with all the modern amenities and also has wifi, an integrated music system and a flat screen tv with cable. The garden offers complete privacy and space to socialise.
