Modern 5 bedroom house. 150m to beach. This house is large enough to accommodate 2 families with comfort

2 Upstairs rooms have double doors that open to a balcony looking toward the beach

Master bedroom has TV

In the lounge there is TV, DVD and stereo.

The garage has been fully tiled and is used as a games room with TV, stereo, pool table. Also the garage has the washing machine and washbasin.

Dining/lounge room has bi-fold windows and double doors opening to spacious decking with outdoor furniture and BBQ

There is an 8 seat dining table and bar stools for the breakfast bar. The kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, stove, gas hob, fridge freezer, toaster, toasted sandwich maker and a all the normal pots pans, crockery and cutlery.

Upstairs bathroom has a shower and toilet, and downstairs has a shower over the bath and a separate toilet.

No Pets, No smoking

We do not accept bookings of groups of under 25 year olds as this is a family home.
