Beautiful 1920's Beach Home. Part of the beautiful community of Fairhope Alabama, home to some of the most celebrated authors and artists in the world. From Winston Groom-"Forrest Gump", Fannie Flag "Fried Green tomatos" and WEB Butterworth an author of world renown regarding his WWII novels. Dozens of artists, the notable list to many to mention. Settled by Northernersafter the Civil War, it became the First Single Tax Colony in the USA. The area has been governed by Spanish, French, Great Britain, United States, Confederate States of America and then again US. Beautiful live Oaks hundreds of years old line the streets. Some of the best charter sport fishing in the world is found here

The Home has an antebellum charm. Two stories with a guest house. Gleaming hardwood floors, marbled bath tile, large bedrooms, cozy kitchen and dining room. Orange Beach has a exceptional resort, shopping, resturants and one of the newest and most talked about outdoor concert areas in the South. Recent attractions have been Kenny Chesney,ZZ Top, Sugarland, Steve Miller Band and Peter Framptom. And also there is Lu Lu's,a icnic beach bar owned by Jimmy Buffetts sister and where he holds impromptu concerts, as he did July 1, 2010
