Small terraced within the walled city of Lagos. minutes walk from restaurants and the beach in elevated quiet area.
Our home is located in a secured complex that has a 25 metre swimming pool, a heated spa pool, a 9 hole golf course with a small golf club, a gym and an on site manager. We have 3 bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms and a lock up garage. Our house is fully air conditioned with reverse cycle heating for winter. We have cable TV and the internet. Our house has a security alarm system.
We are on the outskirts of Noosa in the tranquil suburb of Doonan (about 90 minutes drive north of Brisbane airport) 10 minute drive to the riverfront and shopping centres in Noosaville and 15 to 20 minutes to Noosa beaches and National Park. Large pool with entertaining Decks, The house is on two levels and has a living room upstairs and a playroom/teenage living area downstairs. There is plenty of space to kick a ball or play backyard cricket as we are on 2 acres.
My apartment is in a beautiful medieval village of Trevi overlooking the picturesque Spoleto valley. You can see as far as Assisi in the north of the valley, to Spoleto in the south of the valley.
The village of Trevi is situated high on a hill overlooking vineyards, olive groves and crumbling castles.
Trevi, Spoleto and Assisi are all in easy reach from Rome on the Perugia or Ancona train line - roughly about 1 and half hours from Rome.
The beautifully restored apartment was built in the 17th century and is in the heart of the village.
