We built our home 4 years ago so it is still quite new and modern. We have all the necessary creature comforts, such as air conditioning, heating, dishwasher, internet access etc. Our garden is compact and well maintained as we have done the big-yard thing and wanted something easily maintained so that we can dedicate our life to us and not the garden. We have a big deck under cover and plenty of shade. Our neighbourhood is very quiet, only disturbed by the occasional flock of Cockatoos flying over with their cacophonous squawking. We regularly hear and see kookaburras and have an abundance of birds who visit our feeding station. Bedding arrangements are 2 x queen size beds and a double bunk, which can be set up as 2 singles all housed in 3 good sized rooms, each with built in wardrobes. The master bedroom has a large Ensuite with spa bath and a large walk-in robe. We can leave as much space as you need on the hangers, just let us know. The other bath room has a bath and separate shower. The toilet is a toilet! All the main living areas are open plan with a large well equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge area and a study/sitting room. There is a double garage housing the washing machine (no drier I am afraid) and outside washing lines. We also have a car which we can negotiate use of once the insurance is sorted out.

Bedroom three, with a double bed (which can be separated to two single beds) is decorated in a Moroccan style also has fitted wardrobes.

Bedroom 4 is located in the basement, has 2 single beds and an en-suite.

The town house also benefits from a private garage, stairs lead down from the apartment to the private, secure garage. With Air Conditioning throughout, this town house is a must for luxurious holidays.

Our house is a villa that is situated in a 1000 + square mtr property.  The villa is 3 storeys with a roof terrace were we sleep in the summer, because it can be hot in the summer evenings.  We have 4 bedrooms 3 toilets one of the bedrooms is en-suite and lounge and kitchen.  All bedrooms and lounge have air cons.  The floors are all tiled no carpets.  We have a 10 x 7 mtr swimming pool with 8 steps into the pool at each end, the pool is 5 ft 6 ins deep.  The villa & pool is surrounded by a typical Turkish garden.  The pool is filled with water from an artesian well and we have an irrigation system that waters the garden, just switch on.  We also water an orange and olive grove property ( no work ) involved.  We have 3 dogs, 2 siberian huskeys and another small dog.  The dogs are friendly with everyone and don't need walking as they have a big garden to play in.  If the sun is very hot we let them lye in the kitchen on the cold floor but they sleep outside.  Also we have chickens that run free range in the orange & olive grove just make sure they have water we feed them ounce in the morning, fresh eggs every day.  We have a locked garage that is used for storage and a freezer is kept in there.  We have two entrances into the property that is kept locked wether we are in or not.  I have a Toyota Hillux 1 year + old.
