Lovely 3 bedroomed apartment with wonderful views and a shaerd pool, within walking distance of all amenities,
It's a lovely home with a master bedroom and study on the top level and the living room and 3 bedrooms on the middle level. The ground level has a little room (which is used as a store room at the moment) and entry from the car port.
The house has wooden polished floor through out with thrown rugs.
The 3 bedrooms all have single beds with wardrobes with access to a modern double bathroom and a toilet. There is also a bathroom and toilet for the pool .
The open plan kitchen has all the modern conveniences .
The house has a massive verandah where we spend a lot of our time because it has a lovely view of the huge landscaped garden and pool.
Our home is a newly refurbished townhouse situated in a secure gated community. There is a lovely pool in the complex for your use also. With two spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen and all your entertaining needs met with two large TVs and DVD players. New furniture in both bedrooms, including beds and linen. Two double size bedrooms with queen size bed in one and two extra long single beds in the other room (which can be converted in a king size bed if desired). There are two bathrooms, one on each level.
The courtyard at the rear of the home is about to be totally renovated with a lovely decking area with outdoor setting and tropical gardens. Double garage with remote control. In the cooler months we have gas heating if needed and we are having air conditioning installed during the next few months ready for next summer.
This is a very quiet and safe complex with lovely neighbours and the beaches are only about five minutes walk up the street.
